TERMS

We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind resulting in the sale, application or delivery of any of our products.
All warranties quoted are with the material manufacturer, and Direct Response Graphics cannot be held responsible for any material failures which may occur.
Third party graphic application of supplied graphics of any sort resulting in failure of the graphic is not our responsibility. Any product fitted by persons not under direct contract with Direct Response Graphics. by means of invoiced labour is taken entirely at the customers own risk.
We would prefer you to organise your own collection of any goods, however if this is not an option, we would be happy to organise our preferred carrier or offer a dedicated delivery at your expense.
All work undertaken is under the condition that a high resolution file has either been supplied or approved and is accompanied by an order number, email confirmation or verbal agreement, a colour proof and full specification of the job prior to any work commencing is also required.
Verbal orders will be accepted, but in the absence of any documentation to support the order, we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that may be made.
No re prints or production will be undertaken free of charge unless any errors are reported within 24 hours of receipt, and supported by a colour proof and order number.
All artwork and design work produced by Direct Response Graphics remains out sole intellectual property, and is subject to copywrite. These terms are not subject to negotiation, and any breach of these terms will be pursued to its full extent, and it is expressly forbidden to give any visual produced by Direct Response Graphics to any firm competing for work relating to that visual.
All artwork costs are inclusive in the final quote. If the order is cancelled or placed elsewhere after Direct Response Graphics have been requested to produce artwork concepts, these visuals will be invoiced at a cost of $80.00 + GST per hour for artwork generation.
Due to the limitations of the materials and the production methods of printed graphics, it is not possible to reproduce all colours exactly – therefore in the absence of a representative from your company, we will select a colour at our discretion using our printed colour and vinyl swatches.
Quotations are valid for 30 days
For urgent orders with less than three day time scale a 20% surcharge may be applied at our discretion. This is normally for print or production supply jobs only as in house application jobs are based on a schedule and will be booked in to a que system.
All images within our websites are subject to copywrite law and belong to Direct Response Graphics. ©2008
All work undertaken by Direct Response Graphics is subject to a visual distance test. Should there be any visual issues that will not effect the longevity of the product, but under close inspection are visible, a visual test from 3mtrs will be undertaken. It is the nature of vehicle wrapping that vehicles are seen from distance and as such this test is carried out at eye level, outside in daylight conditions. If the defect is still apparent and detracts from the overall visual impact and message, then we will offer a solution free of charge.
Application terms and working conditions
Life expectancy times quoted on all of our products are based on the manufacturers own specifications and guidelines. Different weather conditions, product care and usage can affect the life of any of our products and as such times stated are an educated guideline based on material specifications and manufacturers information.
If we are applying vinyl to a vehicle, the vehicle must be supplied to us in a clean condition, free from any dirt, grease oil or wax & polish and a good clean painted surface is required for best application results.
Certain conditions are required for application of any vinyl graphics. If any of these conditions are not met then the life expectancy and quality of application can be significantly compromised. For example, cold damp conditions can cause tearing/shattering and lifting of material from recessed areas, bad quality paint or areas that don’t have a gloss finish can cause lifting or material edges.
If application of any vehicle graphics is to be carried out at your own specified location or at any vehicle dealership, it is your responsibility to ensure that an area is available for us to fit the graphics. We require certain conditions for this to be possible. The area needs to be clean and dry, out of direct sunlight and wind, have power available for heat guns used in the application process, not be less than 15 degrees C, and there be adequate space around the vehicle for application to be carried out. If these conditions are not available when we visit site for application, we reserve the right to put application on hold until adequate conditions are found. Materials and application can fail due to a poor working environment. We cannot be held responsible for this where the area has been supplied and we have made you aware of the situation.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to paintwork occurring in the removal of vinyl graphics or vehicle wraps, and would suggest that this is not a common problem unless the vehicle has had previous accident damage or a full re spray.
In the case of application through deep recesses we may feel it necessary to either trim out the area or score the material to help prevent lifting of the material. There are no warranties in these areas, unless specifically offered by the vinyl manufacturer. However certain materials can cope with the recessed areas better than others and you will be advised at the quotation stage of the best material for your particular job. Scoring these recessed areas may result in a small line of paintwork being visible after application. We may also feel it necessary to edge seal materials at the point of most stress to help prevent lifting or curling of materials. In extreme cases where lifting is more apparent, we may feel that a replacement area of vinyl is required, and a new panel will be produced and set into place in the effected areas. This can be undertaken either at the application stage or at a later date as a free of charge repair to the wrap.
Direct Response Graphics reserves the right to change materials from the time of quotation with updated materials from the manufacturers as they become available.
With any insurance claim work it is requested that Direct Response Graphics deal directly with the insurance company or the repairer rather than directly with our original client.
Order Placement / Payment terms
Credit terms for all work carried out are a maximum of 30 days from the date of completion unless stated otherwise. In orders over the value of $1000.00 and orders from new customers without any trading history, a deposit is required with the placing of the order. This is 50% of the final cost of the job and will need to clear in our account prior to any production taking place, with payment strictly upon completion of the job .
Any unpaid invoices that require us to involve credit agencies, collection agencies or solicitors will be subject to all extra charges incurred.
With the supply of either a verbal, email confirmation or an order number for any quotation, you and your company are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions outlined above, at which point the order will turn live and production will commence.
