 | Vanilla Coke - 10/1/2002 Vanilla Coke |
Response Graphics were assigned to design and manufacture a high quality removable graphic for Vanilla Coke.
The brief was that the livery had to be in keeping with Coca-Cola's strong brand image, and the graphics needed to be applied Australia wide onto a fleet of 300 different vehicles.
Response Graphics had a deadline of six weeks to design, manufacture and install all the vehicles before the launch of the product.
As the kit needed to be applied to over six different models of vehicles, ranging from small station wagons to large 4X4's, a generic kit needed to be manufactured to fit all the applications.
When the design was finalised, the material choice was limited to two films. One from either of the major manufacturers being 3M and Avery.
Due to various constraints the Avery film was chosen, and the material was sourced and shipped for manufacture. With the quantity of kits required and the need for ease of fitting, it was decided to screen print and die cut the kits.
This reduced the materials from over 1 kilometre of various coloured films to just over 300 metres of white film. This also reduced the application time to the minimum, keeping the vehicle off the road for around half an hour each.
In total the project stripped older Coca-Cola graphics, and applied the new Vanilla Coke graphics to 330 vehicle nationwide in a little over 4 weeks.
Response Graphics' solution for the graphics was high impact, cost effective and delivered on time.
